Phase 1: Root
Becoming so solid in your chosen identity, you stop needing him to confirm it.
This is the Identity Evolution foundation.
1- Prompt ONE: Welcome and Let's Get Rolling
Today, you will be doing two important things:
1- Take stock of where you are now...
2- Decide WHO you want to be in love, moving forward.

2- Prompt TWO: Feel Her
Today's prompt is all about FEELING what it feels like, to be the woman men rise for in love.
Sometimes what we want, we can barely imagine, let alone feel.
Or sometimes… we spend so much time imaging or believing the opposite,
we bring that energy forward instead, without realizing it.
if you haven’t listened to to Prompt One audio above, take time to do this.
For the coming days, imagine the success story in your head, feel it in your body at least once per day.
Watch your (current, past, future) partners RISE for you.
In words, actions, emotion. All of it.
See it happen as if it’s right here in front of you.
Train your mind to believe this is possible.
Keep coming back to this throughout April.

3- Prompt Three:
Today, I want you to choose some form of record table, maybe a journal, anything you want
(I use AirTable) to keep track of your progress in RISE.
To help train our minds to see MORE of the proof than the fails or reasons why we’re not where we want to be in love…
Keeping track is really really helpful.
So in this record table, I want you to include every little detail that proves you are the woman men rise for (or anything else you choose to be in relationship).
This can be as small as: A man opened the door for me today.
To as big as: My ex called to apologize
Yes, this can start to happen… it has absolutely happened to me.
Several times.
So take note starting today, as you get into bed, before going to sleep, tally up your day.
Write down all the ways you ARE this woman (new Identity) so your mind carries this story with it,
instead of the self deprecating ways we can default back to (baggage).
Sleep well!

4- Prompt Four: Receiving HIM
Happy Sunday RISE members :)
Today I’ve got a short audio for you, where you’ll expand your capacity to RECEIVE HIM.
This somatic practice, invites you to connect with your inner divine masculine and allow him to be a regular presence in your life, which of course, creates a big time invitation for a real one to walk right in. Or RISE alongside you.

What roles do you tend to slip into in early relationships... that may not bring forth the types of men / or behaviours from men, you desire.

6- Prompt Six Your Radiant Feminine Archetype
After listening to the last prompts audio where you may have uncovered a role or two, you tend to slip into…
Here’s the Archetype I’m inviting you to step into once you catch it:
Your Radiant Feminine Archetype
To connect with the somatic experience of this Archetype, I want you to remember what it feels like, at the beginning of a new relationship, when it’s all going really well.
Look at photos of you during that time if you need to.
The soft eyes, the feminine receptivity.
You can tell when someone is well loved.
Even the hardest of women, tends to soften. Their whole energy shifts.
Your Radiant Feminine Archetype:
Leads with an open heart
Is unapologetic with her expression
She allows men to disqualify themselves
She believes in the future of healthy masculinity
She has forgiven her dad, her exes…
She is not manifesting, she is being manifested!
Desires by many, claimed by the one she deems worthy.
And the best part is that you get to BE this now.
No need to wait for HIM, to make you feel that way.
This is how you’ll attract and call him up to RISE with you.

7- Prompt Seven - Demonstrating Standards
Happy Sunday lovely RISE members. 💋👠
Take a moment with me today and ask yourself:
What have you ACTUALLY BEEN demonstrating to the Universe, when it comes to the standards you want to receive and want him to RISE into?
Do you BEHAVE with the standards you expect, yourself?
Are you allowing crumbs when you know you will only accept being cherished?
Do you EXPECT your standards? Or is there a part of you still telling the story that it will likely turn out thew way it always has…
What messages (whether with the words you use, the actions you take or the thoughts that run the show) are you sending the Universe, because SHE will mirror this back, until you embody this fully!

8- Prompt Eight - Define Man Rising
Let’s get clear on your definition: What does a MAN RISING for you, actually mean to you?
Feel like?
Look like?
Think about:
For me to truly feel like a man is rising to meet me, I desire to feel xyz
I notice xyz from him.
I need xyz
This can be as simple as owning a mistake.
Let’s get super clear on what that means, so we can easily communicate where we want our desires to be met.
Because expecting them to know without it, is princess energy: entitlement (we’ll talk about this later).
But knowing and expecting he will, because you are that woman, and you’ve chosen someone capable.
Is QUEEN.
And another side of this I want to explore… some of these men may have already been rising for you, in ways you didn’t see or notice.
Because it wasn’t “your” interpretation.
So paying attention to small cues, affirming them with gratitude… calls him up for more and more success!!
He wants to please you.
We just have to let him.
9- Prompt Nine - Radiating your Flower Energy
In prompt 6, you uncovered your Radiant Feminine Archetype.
Today, I am inviting you to let this become your new normal, with a short 4min audio that guides you into this embodied experience, as often as you need it.

10- Prompt Ten - Tell Them
Today I’m going to invite you to send love…
Some of this may not be easy. But it has the power to start shifting how you receive from men.
I invite you to send love… to 3 men in your life that you sincerely appreciate.
Practice telling them what you love, what you’ve enjoyed. Without any expectation for anything in return.
And
To 3 men in your life that you’ve appreciated less.
You don’t need to reach out to them.
This is more of a symbolic forgiveness. Not for them… but for you.
Sending love, as a decision and letting go of any emotional ties that keep you entangled in this story.
Sending love as an honoring that this path has fully closed.
Performing a ritual here can be really powerful.
Write it down, burn it, dance it.
Whatever feels like a full release for you.
