Q: Is this done over Zoom? How do the daily audio messages work?
A: All 1"1 coaching sessions are via Zoom. You also get to send me ONE short and concise (1-2 minute) WhatsApp/Voxer audio message daily M-F and you will receive an audio message from me, for that day's feedback. This allows you to stay focused and steady in your new identity.

Q: Do I need to have done a lot of personal development to join ELEVATED?
