Every month, you will receive an Email with links to everything you need to luxuriate and expand into your world of love within this month's theme:

In addition to your monthly theme: you will have access to a bank of meditations & practices for love situations where you need extra support (breakup breathwork, anxious moment meditation, etc). This bank will continue to grow with the membership.
And you'll always have the opportunity to upgrade into a 1:1 format for that month.​
